EDUCATION - THE PRECIOUS WEAPON

Education is getting sensitive these days. There's nothing to take pressure. there's nothing to bother about it. It's just like learning the subjects and gaining fruitful knowledge that gonna help you in life directly or indirectly. With knowledge you can tackle any difficult challenge of life. So why don't people want to educate themselves and taking extra unnecesaary pressure which is having no importance at all.

Students are getting pressurized by the schools itself. Formerly there were no extra lectures, no extra school hours, no evening sessions, no weekly test, no daily homework burden. Even though students of that time are dominating nicely in the many different fields at present. So do you really think that all those modernized self finance school factors really need?These days school are charging fees for the facilities they provide.  In reality education has nothing to do with the facility. With facility if the results comes, the son of the richest person  will always gonna be  a topper. But you'll find contradiction all the time. Student who is living in a single room with his family always use to top in the exams. People are so innocent to pay higher fees. It's just for the knowledge, that one can easily get despite of the school or coaching he or she is going. Student can achieve knowledge just because he wants to learn and develop himself or herself. It's not the school that are producing them results. Yeah! There techniques might helps them little bit. But that will be for 3-5%. Rest all hard work is done by the student.

Education is one of the most important weapon that you can have. It's like we people are spoiling the real essence of education. It's getting more like a business than knowledge. People are seeking opportunity in the field of education in order to earn more and more profit. It's the easiest profession to deal with just because you need to deal with the people who are far younger than you. These days anyone becoming a teacher inspite of having proper knowledge or not. To become a Teacher at any particular school, one must have to give a proper entrance exam just like students are giving to get admissions. It will give a clear idea whether a particular person is eligible or not to educate the future of nation. Teachers are enjoying their own liberty and government rules are letting students to enjoy their own liberty without any fear. Just because these days students aren't afraid of anything, they are forgetting the most important moral values of life and very crucial factor discipline in life. 

At the epicenter of all these dramas going on, parents are getting crushed. They have the immense pressure of paying high fees. They are under pressure to make their child's future bright. So parents are ready to sacrifice everything they are having in order to educate their child. 

Do really school need branches? Will a good teacher can teacher thousands of students in a single day? Will that be productive enough? Will assessment of all the students is possible? Is 3-4 tests in a week are really essential? Is their any need of extra lectures? Their are lot many questions which always gonna remain unsolved and in fact there is no one who can solve these questions in recent. 

Formerly there was nothing like regular test. No extra lectures. A proper conceptual learning along with sports activities. Now there's nothing like sports activities. No one guides students properly if any student is really good in a particular sport. If any student is exceptional in a given sport. He must be trained accordingly as if he gonna represent the Nation at some point of time in life. It's fair enough to educate him only as he can pass the exams. Sportsman doesn't need to be a topper of the school. But really one must ask these questions. Is a student who is good at sport getting enough opportunity to play for the district, state or nation? Are they getting any training from school itself? 

Students are getting depressed just because of the burden that they aren getting from their regular school schedule. They need motivation, they need proper guidance. One need to make them understand that there's is nothing to take an extra pressure for the exams. You just need to learn the concepts, gain knowledge and just go out and try to perform well in the exams. If you don't able to perform on that particular day of the exam, then it's fine. It happens. Everyday is not your day. One must guide Student that how to deal with the success and failures with the same intensity. Instead of making them learn the bookish knowledge all the time. Just make them learn the importance of this beautiful life and how to construct it. One need to ask them actually that what they actually want to do in life instead of comparing their school results with the others.

One really need to access the scenario and understand the mindset and goals that student want to achieve in life. What he wants to do? What he need to achieve? What are their aims and ambitions. If we keep on going with our aims, their aims might get fades away and their hidden talent will never gonna come out.

It's really important to understand that the thing that you are aiming will actually come to you when you gonna work for it. You won't get the direct results ever. You just have to put your efforts with all your heart and determination to produce the result you want. If it is easy to accomplish, than many would have done it for sure.

It's your life, it's your challenge. So just focus on what you want. There will always be many distractions through your way. But you need to learn and develop yourself to avoid those distractions and stay focused on your aim. 

You need to trust the process. You cannot expect the direct results and in reality, you won't be able to produce a productive output without any efforts. In case you did, just accept the fact that it was a fluke. So just trust the process and enjoy every moment of the journey. Just try to make each and every moment productive and work tirelessly. You must have bit of an obsession for your goal and energy to work on it.

It's important to be enthusiastic and having enough intensity to be a tough competitor. You have to be a challenging competitor of yourself. You must believe that you can and you have to. Time is running out. Everything implies on time. Once time rules out, aim might fade away. So it is important that one must accomplish the goal within a given time limit. Just because once the time flies away, success will have no Importance at all.

So just charge up yourself, get out of your bed, wash your face and tell yourself, "Let's go and win a Life..."
